Our admissions team moves quickly to help your family during this sensitive time. When guardians work alongside us to get all the necessary info and documentation in a timely manner, we are able to admit your teenager quickly.

Yes, we accept most major private pay insurance plans. Unfortunately, at this time, we don’t accept AHCCCS, Medicare, or Medicaid.

Yes! It’s not only encouraged, but it’s a requirement. Our program is extremely family-focused. A major part of our ethos is ensuring your teen transitions home to a healthier, more sustainable environment for the whole family. This requires family involvement. We have many resources both inside and outside Nexus to help your family cope and heal during this time. Each Saturday, we host a Family Empowerment Group at Nexus, followed by family visitation hours. We also have a dedicated Family Therapist who helps parents to learn and utilize new skills in their communication with their loved one.
