Originally from New York, Mike Rodway earned his Master of Social Work from Fordham University in 2006 and is licensed in both New York and Arizona. With nearly 19 years of dedicated experience working with adolescents, he runs groups focused on social-emotional wellness and self-healing.

Mike is inspired by witnessing the commitment residents bring to their personal growth and enjoys the knowledge, professionalism, and compassion of the teams at Nexus Teen Academy. While not working, Mike enjoys traveling and swimming.
