For teens 12 to 17 whose suicidal thoughts have grown past what weekly therapy can hold, this is the live-in step below a hospital. Care starts with a C-SSRS risk assessment, a written safety plan, and awake overnight supervision. Boys stay at our North Scottsdale home and girls at Cave Creek, a cross-Valley drive from Glendale.
