Nexus Teen Academy is a licensed, Joint Commission-accredited residential program for teen suicidal ideation, serving Mesa and the wider East Valley in Maricopa County. For teens 12 to 17 whose thoughts of suicide have outgrown weekly therapy, this is the live-in step below a hospital. Each stay begins with a C-SSRS risk assessment, a written safety plan, and awake supervision through the night. Boys live at our North Scottsdale home and girls at Cave Creek, a straightforward drive from Mesa.
